Robin Harwood is a philosopher and a teacher of English language. He has taught Philosophy in colleges and universities in Britain, Japan, the USA, and Australia. He has taught English Language in schools and universities; and in companies in Britain, Sweden, Denmark, Saudi Arabia, Japan, and Australia.
His publications include a book on personal identity (The Survival of the Self, Ashgate) and a number of articles on Philosophy of Religion. He has a special interest in Confucian Ethics and the ethics of W. D. Ross as guides for practical decision making.
Robin Harwood’s company, Right Reason Consulting, offers personal and corporate consulting as well as training in Critical Thinking for Corporations.
He started practicing Aikido in Saudi Arabia. In Japan he gained a third Dan in Traditional Aikido. Subsequently, in Britain, he was granted a second Dan in Kyu Shin Ryu Aikido.
